The day began at the Wildling Art Museum in Los Olivos where curator F.G. Hochberg, used the exhibition, “In Touch with Nature: The Art of Nature Printing in America,” to enlighten students about the history of this art form and explain the various techniques used by historic and contemporary artists. After lunch on your own, the class reconvened at the Santa Ynez Valley Grange Hall (also in Los Olivos) for a nature printing demonstration and workshop.
