“Rivers and Tides,”

this is a ninety-minute award winning documentary film that follows renowned British sculptor Andy Goldsworthy as he creates with ice, driftwood, bracken, leaves, stone, dirt and snow in open fields, beaches, rivers, creeks and forests. This amazing documentary film from Thomas Riedelsheimer, which won the Golden Gate Award Grand Prize for Best Documentary at the 2003 San Francisco International Film Festival, shows how Goldsworthy channels nature’s forces to create his imaginative constructions, and allows the viewer to re-experience the breath-taking

The film was shown at the Wildling Art Museum, 2329 Jonata Street, Los Olivos (between Mattei’s Tavern and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church). Bring pillows if you want to lie on the floor. It is also important to arrive on time. For more information, call 688-1082.
