Included in the trip was a guided tour of the Dunes Center, a unique natural history museum, a guided nature walk at Oso Flaco where participants learned about the ecology of the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes Preserve, and lunch at the Far Western Restaurant. Round-trip bus transportation was included from Santa Barbara or Los Olivos.
