Artist Blake Rankin spent two-weeks working on a sculpture in the area behind the Wildling Art Museum. Free to the public, this demonstration was a wonderful opportunity for repeat visitors to see how stone is shaped from its roughest form into a finished piece of art. Blake also had pieces of his sculpture on display in the Wildlings garden area. After the demonstration, Blake joined John Cody during the Santa Ynez Valley Artists Studio tour, November 17-18.
