Wildling Benefit 2005 Live Auction

As a courtesy to individuals unable to attend the event, the Wildling Art Museum accepted absentee bids for the Live Auction. A Museum volunteer would bid for you, and would try to bid just as you would, to obtain the item at the lowest bid possible. Following are the items that were being offered for Live Auction.

2. It is possible that an item may be won by a bidder in the audience for the same amount authorized by an absentee bidder. A (+) sign to the right of the bid amount will authorize the individual bidding on your behalf to make one additional bid. In the event of identical absentee bids, the first bid form received by the Museum will take precedence.

3. This service is offered as a convenience at no charge; however the Wildling Art Museum will not be held responsible for any errors or failure to execute bids.

4. All absentee bids must be received by September 14, 2005. Mai led or faxed bids should be confirmed by calling 688-1082. If successful, you will be contacted.
