Ron Guthrie

Raised in Pasadena, CA, Artist Ron Guthrie attended Pasadena City College where he studied Drawing, Painting and Design. A strong background in drawing and working with pen & ink led to Ron developing his stippling works. This further led to sales, awards and the Coast Guard Art (COGAP) program as a juried Artist through the Salmagundi Club in NY.

Ron has also developed his oil painting. Ron’s style of painting has evolved from his love of California Contemporary Impressionist art. His award winning paintings of Central Coast scenes have been shown in many juried art shows at the local and national level.
