Carol Millican

millican.jpg“What can I say that hasn’t already been said by so many artists before me? I have no profound or meaningful words of wisdom about my art. I just do it because I cannot do otherwise. Of course there were times when I wanted to quit out of angst and frustration, but I kept on. So here I am, and I feel very fortunate and grateful that I have painting as a means of expressing myself.”

Millican was educated at El Camino College, UCLA Extension, Otis Art Institute, and UCSB Adult Education. She attended a number of workshops including, P.A.P.A.
