The Fox Hunt

The Wildling Art Museum offers enrichment for our younger guests. The “Fox Hunt” provides an opportunity for children to explore each exhibition with a unique activity sheet designed specifically for the exhibition currently on display.

Questions encourage children to slow down and really look through the exhibition. The “Fox Hunt” can be done individually by older children, or can be done as a group activity with parents, grandparents, or other siblings and friends.

At the completion of the “Fox Hunt”, children will receive a card or postcard commemorating their trip to the Wildling Art Museum.

The Wildling Art Museum is an educational institution dedicated to presenting art of America's wilderness so participants of all ages gain a greater appreciation of the art and a better understanding of the importance of preserving our natural heritage. With that in mind, we encourage families and school groups to visit the Museum and use the “Fox Hunt” to explore and learn about the different exhibitions.
